Friends’ opinions are usually the most trusted, and we provide that through our close-knit community that’s always ready to assist you with whatever concerns you may have, or opinions you want to share.

There are five main components of Favful:

Discussions: This is where you can ask questions or seek advice from real people about everything regarding personal grooming and self-confidence. Here you’ll find people with the same skin concerns (such as skin type, problems with acne etc.) as you who’ll be able to provide first-hand experience, which is unparalleled in value.

Reviews: This is where you can read other people’s experiences with a product and share your own, whether it was a positive or a negative one. Posting reviews helps people evaluate their potential purchase and whether it would work for them, so your opinion does matter!

Stories: This is where we bring in the expert’s help, through our articles. From product suggestions, to handy tips and tricks, to random stories to pass your time; there’s bound to be a topic that piques your interest.

Store: Like something from a review or article? Fret not, we have a store stocked with cult products straight from the US and UK, chosen carefully by us. The store is constantly growing and we have exciting sales, so keep an eye out!

The Profile: Your account’s information is stored in your profile. Here you can view and edit your bio, alongside information regarding yourself that you provided during the sign up process. There is also your ‘Influences’ listed, which is the total amount of followers you have on the selected social media platforms.

More detailed information is stored under different tabs:

  • ‘Reviews’ displays the approved/pending reviews you’ve contributed towards the community.
  • ‘Favs’ shows the products you favourited on the site.
  • ‘Babes’ lists the friends you’ve made along your beauty journey with us.
  • ‘Rewards’ displays the total number of coins you’ve earned, how many coins are awarded per review, as well as the current rewards available to be redeemed.
  • ‘Sponsors’ gives you the option of submitting your social media data for us to find sponsorship opportunities for you!

Once registered, you can interact within the community. As our way of saying thank you, we’ll reward you coins. You’ll be able to redeem deals, samples and products for free with your coins, delivered right to your doorstep.


Reviews: You can find products to review by brand or keyword(s) in the search bar and tell us in detail what you like/dislike about the product. For more information, you can refer to our Review Guideline.

A majority of the reviews will be approved/rejected within 24 hours of submission. However, if a review is required for a closer look, it may take longer, especially when there are a large number of reviews submitted for the product. We read through every review thoroughly for the benefit of our users; we aim to provide the most helpful and high quality reviews.

If there’s no response after a period of time, it’s either the reviews are still being read through or it got blacklisted. Submitting reviews with plagiarism from other blogs, websites and official website pages are strictly forbidden.

Coins: Click on your profile icon and you’ll see ‘Total Coins’ under the ‘Rewards’ tab. Your total coins will be updated once your reviews are approved. The coins are solely for the usage of one account only.

Coins awarded for each approved review:
Video review: 150 coins
Image review: 50 coins
Text review: No coin & no approval needed

When your coins total more than or equivalent to the required coins needed for your desired product, go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture, find a reward that you like under the ‘Rewards’ tab and click ‘Redeem’.

Giveaways: If there is an ongoing giveaway, simply join it under the ‘Rewards’ tab and you will receive an email containing all the details for you to enter.

Samples/products: Simply key in your delivery address and we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Cash vouchers: You will receive an email containing your unique voucher code, which you key in during the checkout process of the provider’s website.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that is linked to your Facebook account. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, would like to update your email address or change your shipping address, please email us at [email protected]

Shipping: There is zero payment for shipping when you redeem your product.

Products: You can redeem as many as you wish as long as you have sufficient coins.

Delivery: The item(s) will be delivered to the provided address within 3 weeks time.

All unredeemed coins shall expire when you have not engaged in point activity associated with that Favful account through contribution or redemption for 12 months (365 days) and more.

From the homepage, click on the ‘More’ button under the ‘Trending’ section. This will lead you to the page shown above, where you can search for any products you’d like to review/read reviews on. Simply click on the product to be directed to its page.

If you’re writing a review, clicking on ‘Write a review’ will lead you to a pop-up window where you can choose to do a Photo/Video review, as well as rate the product out of 5 stars. Then, click ‘Submit’ and we’ll read through your reviews within the next 24 hours.

You will receive an email once your review has been read through regarding its approval or rejection.

Product isn’t on Favful: If there are any products you wish to review or read up on, you are more than welcome to submit a request in the ‘Request Product’ section of the search page, as shown here:

Negative reviews: Favful serves as a sharing platform so we welcome all kinds of reviews as long as they are beneficial to users and do not include any offensive content.

Submitting multiple reviews: We only approve one review with your detailed experience with the product. Therefore, take your time to test out the product, so you can provide a thorough review with your final thoughts.

Language: English and local languages are all welcome.

Video Reviews:
Let us know what you think of products you've bought, tested, loved, or even hated. Feel free to review all the products you want!

Here are some guidelines to get you started:

Step 1: Find a place with good lighting and get your product(s) ready.

Step 2: Film in vertical view (preferably) from a clear angle where your whole face/hands and the products are visible.

Step 3: Start with either talking about the products or add captions in the review describing it. Focus on your individual experience with the product, why you liked or disliked it.

Step 4: Demonstrate how you use the product, with a brief application clip or swatches for Favful members to see how it looks like on others.

Step 5: Summarize your feedback and final thoughts on the product, and whether you would recommend it or not.
For example:

  • “The most impressive thing about it would be ___”
  • “I would recommend it for people with ___ skin like myself”

Step 6: Don’t worry about length, most video reviews are short and sweet - 1-2 minutes is perfect.

Text and Image Reviews:
Give your review a catchy title to attract readers. Examples:

  • ‘No need for plastic surgery with this contour palette’
  • ‘This moisturizer was made in heaven!’

Start your review with an introduction for the product.

  • Why did you buy it?
  • What made you buy it?
  • What is the packaging, scent and texture of the product?

Begin your evaluation for the product:

  • When and how do you use it?
  • Are its claims valid?
  • What is the most impressive/disappointing thing about this product?
  • Would you recommend this to anyone?

Include at least one photo/video showing:

  • Product applied on your skin
  • Photo of yourself holding the product
  • Swatches of the product
  • Photos before and after using the product

Include some other coins:

  • Affordability and value for the product size
  • Advantages and disadvantages
  • Smell and texture
  • Lasting power

All submitted video and image reviews have to be approved before being published, so here’s what to avoid:

  • Review content is too short and not detailed enough e.g. “Very nice, I like this” or “This is normal for me, there’s nothing special about it”
  • Promotion/advertisements of other products, offers or online platforms
  • Offensive/abusive/obscene/discriminatory language that isn’t suitable on our forum
  • Any content that you do not own e.g. taken from official websites, blogs or other sources
  • Any other form of contact information e.g. URLs (Favful’s are accepted), phone numbers, physical addresses

We reserve the right to reject any reviews for any other reasons apart from those mentioned above.

With any of your reviews, you should aim to:

  • Be unbiased and genuine.
  • Produce a review that directly corresponds to one single product.
  • Have original review content; text/images/video cannot be taken from any other sources.

Shipping & Returns Policy

We do not represent our sellers’ courier solutions, the delivery time will depend on seller’s courier companies. Ready stock items will be delivered within 3-5 working days. As for backorder (Pre-order) items, it may take up to 7-15 working days from the date of purchase Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

You can track your order following these steps:

  • Once the seller sends out the parcel, we send a delivery email with the tracking code in it.
  • Search on respective courier site with the tracking code provided.

We offer free domestic shipping (within Malaysia) with no minimum purchase.

International shipping fee is a flat rate of RM70.00 that will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Your multiple items might come from different merchants/sellers. Thus, you will be receiving individual emails for different items depending on the current status of your item from respective merchants/sellers.

If you ordered from multiple sellers in one order then you will receive your order in separate parcels. Each delivery detail email will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery detail email from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or your order was not received in its rightful condition, we are happy to exchange the items for you. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] and we will assist you right away.

  • Contact us within 48 hours upon receiving a damage/defective/incorrect item.
  • Items must be entitled to 14 working days return policy. So please make the returns within 14 working days from date of purchase to:
